Getting started & onboarding

How quickly can I get set up?

Our typical setup lead time is around four weeks. This allows us to put everything in place, notify the PPR, and inform all relevant insurers and hospitals - so you can get started smoothly and with confidence.

What’s involved in onboarding?

Our onboarding process is personal and thorough. Melinda herself will act as your secretary for the first three months, working alongside our onboarding team to get to know how you work and what you need. Together, we’ll map out the best ways to support you and identify opportunities to streamline and improve your practice from day one.

What information do you need from me?

Can you help transfer my admin from another provider?
